- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Staff is rude & condescending. I tried to close my account and the banker tried to get out of doing their job & I had to come back, resulting in fees that they would not over turn. I've never asked for fee return so it's not like I'm a repeat offender. I'll never work with PNC again. Even explained that I was off work due to emergency surgery & had dates from my doctor.
